Another band that I somehow have managed to miss all these years, I especially liked this ditty.
This band reminds me of the "Hootie and the Blowfish" for indie fans. That's actually a compliment I think, these guys make music that is fun to listen too, nothing wrong with that.
A voice from Zero 7, for those of you who are familiar. Awesome Indie/Folk album by newcomer soloist Sia.
My favorite song off of this latest album.
Chaotic fusion of sounds, awesome vamping and a great voice make up this hit. The whole album lives up to it's name distortion, litterally. This is a fresh sound, check it out.
From the recently proclaimed super star Jack Johnson's latest installment. This is your typical JJ song, fun to listen to and just about anyone will like it.
Another one the better albums released in 2007. An incredible compilation of melodic harmonies and guitar riffs that challenge what you thought was good music, this is a must have album.
From front to cover one of the best albums of 2007, hands down. Their unique sound has me addicted and scambling to find older albums.
A very rare band/song thattotally floored me the first time I heard it. It's like a perfect mix of The Shins and Elliot Smith, this is a must hear!
This is an older song I somehow missed. I liked this song from the soloing front man of The New Pornographers more than any of the songs the full band have produced. Although I did like their last album.
