Soft folkish lyrics and a smooth melodic hook had me instantly. This is a song off the self titled debut album, which is packed full of quality. There new album "The Light Divides" does not disapoint, be sure to look more into these guys if you like this song.
Sea Wolf - You're a Wolf 2007 04 17
What a cool and fun song! I don't know who Sea Wolf is, but it seems to be an amalgamation of several different artists, they have put together some great music though. I strongly suggest checking out more of their stuff.

I don't know what the deal is with this songs lyrics, they make no sense: "She bought a mug of bubbles from a bauble-hawker at the bazaar,/Supposedly an ex-czar from lands afar," But at any rate, it's a fun song and I quite enjoy it, have a listen!

Another fairly new rock band formed in Los Angeles. Fun band and a fun sound, I think you can see them as they are touring with The Long Winters.
Kaiser Chiefs - Ruby 2007 03 28
Another indie band that I found on Filter Magizine. Last album is pretty good, this song jumped right out at me, I'll have to wait a little while to see what I think of the rest of the album.
Kate Havnevik - So Lo 2007 03 28
Reminds me of Zero 7/Ivy/Imogen Heap. Nice refreshing soft indie sound. I have not had a chance to listen to the rest of the album, I just happened to really like this single.
